The Yael Foundation's International Leadership Program empowers Jewish school principals globally to drive change and advance educational excellence. Participants gain tools to shape the future of Jewish communities while building lasting connections through year-round peer learning and camaraderie.

The program was crafted to provide participants with the latest educational insights, tools, and skills across three central domains: leadership and influence, strategic management, and entrepreneurship and innovation.
International
Studies
Attendees learn from top lecturers at Reichman University and guest speakers, attend workshops, engage in group projects, embark on a study trip to Israel, and showcase final projects at Yael International Conference in Europe.
Hands-on Experience
Principals apply newly acquired skills by collaborating on projects to enact positive change in their communities, while receiving personalized guidance from educational mentors every step of the way.
